THE BROADACRE APARTMENTS
The Broadacre Apartments
A luxury multifamily complex, totaling 160,000 square feet, spanning across four buildings. Located in Oak Creek, WI, Selarom performed all rough carpentry, as well as finish carpentry in this 118 unit project.
Selarom began framing in December 2022 and completed the finish work in October, 2023.
THE MAYFAIR COLLECTION
The Mayfair Collection
Consists of a 40,000 sq ft senior living center & a 40,000 sq ft apartment complex.
The project totaled 80,000 sq ft and 80 units.
Located in Wauwatosa, WI, Selarom performed all rough carpentry
Selarom began framing in November 2023 and finished it in 2024.
SIX55 BROOKFIELD ROAD APARTMENTS
Six55 Brookfield Road Apartments is a 36,300 square foot wood framed building, located in Brookfield, WI. Selarom performed all rough carpentry, as well as finish carpentry in this 24 unit luxury apartment building.
Selarom began framing in May of 2021 and completed the finish work in September 2021.
BARNETT LANE
Barnett Lane is a beautiful two story, 6,200 square foot residential property, located in Fox Point, WI. Selarom performed all rough carpentry in this luxury, modern home. Work was performed in fall of 2022.
ROCK POINTE VILLAGE
Rock Pointe Village is located on the border of Lannon and Menomonee Falls, WI. RPV is a 190,000 square foot townhome complex; sprawling across 10, two-story buildings with additional free-standing garages. Selarom performed all rough carpentry / wood framing in this multiple phase project.
THE BARN AT THE BOG
The Barn at the Bog is a stunningly crafted wedding and event hall, located on The Bog Golf course in Saukville, Wisconsin. Post & beam framed by SELAROM in 2019, the Bog event hall perfectly showcases the impeccable craftmanship of SELAROM's talented crew of carpenters.
RINCON 225
Rincon 225 is a 5-story, 68,000 square foot apartment complex located in Hartford, Wisconsin.
SELAROM executed all rough carpentry (wood framing) in late 2019 to early 2020.
TOWNEPLACE SUITES
TownePlace Suites is a 3-story, 44,000 square foot hotel located in West Bend, Wisconsin. SELAROM executed all rough carpentry (wood framing) in late 2020.
BROOKLIFE CHURCH
Brooklife Church is an interior remodel performed by SELAROM's crew in December of 2020.
The remodel included: concrete grinding and polishing, creating a walnut / epoxy table, refinishing cabinets, pouring concrete countertops, interior painting and misc. finish carpentry.
HONEY CREEK PLACE APARTMENTS
Honey Creek Apartments is a 5-story, 88,000 square foot apartment building located in Wauwatosa, WI.
SELAROM performed the full scope of work in the rough carpentry division, executed in the summer of 2019.
THE DOLLAR TREE
The Dollar Tree is a 9,200 square foot commercial building located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin.
SELAROM performed all rough carpentry in the summer of 2020.
MAMMOTH SPRINGS
Mammoth Springs is a 3-story, 27,000 square foot apartment building located in Sussexx, Wisconsin.
SELAROM performed all rough carpentry in late 2020.
INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND ACADEMICS
Institute of Technology and Academics project was a full remodel located in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. SELAROM was the General Contractor and self-performed over 50% of work completed at this drastic remodel.

DULMES DECOR
Dulmes Decor located in Sheboygan, WI is a complete gut and remodel of a 100 year old warehouse building; turning it into the beautiful and modern storefront, offices and warehouse it is today. SELAROM performed all demolition, grinding & polishing of concrete floor, steel-stud & wood framing, sandblasting & refurbishing of old beams and finish carpentry.

LAKESHORE TECHNICAL COLLEGE
Lakeshore Technical College is an 100 year old warehouse renovated into a college campus located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
SELAROM performed a full interior remodel that included wood framing, steel-stud framing and finish carpentry.
DUET RESOURCE GROUP
Duet Resource Group is a stunning mid-century modern furniture store located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
SELAROM performed a full interior remodel including rough and finish carpentry, restoration of old floor boards, decorative walnut panel walls and misc. finish carpentry.

Seven04 Apartments is a 4-story, 43,000 square foot apartment building located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
SELAROM performed all rough and finish carpentry in late 2018.
FOX RIVER CHURCH
Fox River Church is a beautiful church located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. SELAROM performed a full remodel of the interior and exterior of the front entrance of the church. Work performed included interior and exterior trim, finish carpentry and both wood and steel framing.
